Iako su mi srce i duša negdje daleko,u jednoj  zemljici Bosni, ne mogu živjeti mimo svijeta, moram se uklopiti i u ovaj život ovdje, hoću reći - ovo je i moj dan, majka sam jednom tridesettrogodišnjaku. I,moram dodati,veoma ponosna majka. Roditeljska ljubav i savjeti nisu otišli u vazduh,mnogo toga je našlo mjesto u njegovoj glavi i srcu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Helem nejse,znam sigurno da će mi moja familija prirediti neko iznenađenje. :)&lt;br /&gt;Ali i ja sam njima. Baklavu! Kad sam slobodna narazvijam raznoraznih 'zvrkića', ispečem ih i tako pečene zapakujem i ostavim u 'dežurni zamrzivač'. Pokrijem al. foliom i nastavim peći narednih petnaestak minuta. Iako sam još uvijek na oporavku,želja da probam napraviti takav cvijet bila je jača,ruke su krenule u brašno...Moja 'pogača Cvijet' nije baš lijepa kao original no moji ukućani nisu primjetili razliku,pojeli su je čim sam je izvadila iz pećnice i servirala uz satricu od povlake,sira i mladog luka.Hvala Minja.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.bkrecepti.com/index.php?option=com_garyscookbook&amp;amp;Itemid=53&amp;amp;func=detail&amp;amp;id=67"&gt;Moja Pogača Cvijet - postupak&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pratila sam recept, jedino što sam umjesto margarina upotrebljavala maslac(nisam sve potrošila),manje slanu so i suhi kvasac.
